Received great service here! I was helped by Benny who was efficient and helped break down and explain the service from start to finish. Space is clean and inviting. Would definitely recommend a visit if you’re in need of some affordable tires!

I wanted to give this location a higher rating because the staff was friendly during checkin, but the way my issue was handled afterward was disappointing. I brought my car in for new tires, balancing and an alignment. The car had zero vibration before the visit. I also asked them to diagnose my existing TPMS light while the tires were off. When I picked up the car, I was told nothing was wrong and to drive the car until the light went away. Within the first few miles on the highway, my vehicle developed a severe vibration that had never existed before. When I returned, instead of addressing the brand new vibration, the conversation shifted to a $600 TPMS repair. I later learned the TPMS hadn't actually been diagnosed during my original visit. I needed the car for work, but I was told to come back days later. Customer Service sent me to another Mavis, but the communication between Customer Service and the second store wasn't there, even after I called twice to confirm. The second Mavis fixed the vibration immediately by rebalancing the tires and performing another alignment without repairing the TPMS. I also paid twice for the same services and am still waiting on reimburseme

had an excellent experience at Mavis, and Benny made the whole process easy from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is honest, professional, and genuinely cares about providing great customer service. The work was completed quickly, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in good hands. I highly recommend asking for Benny if you visit this Mavis location. Thank you for making the experience smooth and stress-free!

Dear Mavis Management, I am writing to share my positive experience at Mavis. After researching several companies, I chose Mavis specifically because of Benny. Benny was excellent in explaining both the tire options and the service process. His expertise made me feel safe and confident in my purchase, and I truly appreciate his help. Because of the exceptional service he provided, I have decided to return to him for my oil change I did today! Best regards, Mary Denise Barros

Great services here, very affordable tires. I met with Manny and Arturo who were very accommodating, courteous, and efficient. My family often uses this location since it’s very convenient and the waiting room is spacious and clean. Got me in and out, back on the road in no time.
